Absolutly no one to talk to! ( % 0.00) !I received my Level bike very quickly and it was pretty simple to assemble. I ordered an aventure model from a...I ordered an aventure model from a Canadian retailer let me tell you absolutely horrible customer service after going back and forth for several months with customer support they finally sent me the new suspension it turns out the preload adjustment on the original forks had snapped therefore aventon had shipped a new suspension to me, which I had to pay for the shipping The new forks came without a built in star screw goodluck to you if you ever have to service your bike no ordinary bike shop will be able to service aventon bike as all the parts are specifically built for aventon bikes by their manufacturer in China The new forks doesn't come with a built in star screw used to secure the suspension on to the bike its been months and I'm still waiting to resolve this issue Customer support told me that the star screw is interchangeable which is a lie once you take the star screw out you can't just reuse it on a different set of forks They told me only the original shocks come with the built in star screw after months of waiting and all the money spent I'am a completely unsatisfied customer they send me a part which is incompatible with their aventure model was this worth iit definitely not buyers bewareDate of experience: August , ( % 8.53)

( % 0.00) At first, the battery light is flashing green, and the charger is red. ( % 11.25) About five hours later, the charger turned green, and the battery light is off. ( % 6.67) I thought it would be normal. ( % 15.00) I installed the battery and tried to press the battery button to turn on the ebike. ( % 0.00) It did not work at all. ( % 0.00) I tried several times, the ebike power was on and the battery light was still off. ( % 20.00) The display showed the battery had % power. ( % 0.00) I tired several times and turned off the battery, and tried to turn it on. ( % -20.00) I found it was really hard to press the battery button to turn it on or off. ( % -29.17) The battery light is always off. ( % 40.00) I contacted the Aventon.com customer service in time, but they just repeated the same words over and over, and no one came up with a solution. ( % 0.00) I just bought a ebike, and I haven't ridden it yet, the battery is not working well. ( % 0.00) Aventon customer service failed to provide any timely technical repair service, but my requests appeared solved. ( % -25.00) It's ridiculous. I ordered a bike as a gift and it...I ordered a bike as a gift and it arrived with some scratches in the paint. ( % 0.00) I contacted customer service who recommended I take the bike to a local dealer who had a new replacement on hand. ( % 6.82) I took it to the dealer, but they wanted to charge me $ to swap out the bikes because they needed to cover their "build costs." ( % 0.00) I said no - and returned the bike at the shop and ordered a new one. ( % 13.64) I didn't realize until I got home that the shop had not refunded me the $ shipping charge so I again contacted customer service, and the promptly refunded my $ shipping charge. Do NOT trust the company customer...Do NOT trust the company customer service! ( % 0.00) I would like to clarify that I own an Aventon bike and have not had any problems with the bike itself. ( % 60.00) I bought it from a third party vendor and have continued to have that vendor service it without any issue. ( % 0.00) However, I live in a cold US state and when winter was approaching, I realized I had lost my key to unlock the battery to move it inside to a warmer storage location. ( % -11.59) I called Aventon technical support to find out if it was faster to order a replacement key from them or take it to the vendor shop. ( % 0.00) The CS person I worked with recommended that Aventon could get me a replacement key quickly, he filled out an online order template and emailed it to me to complete. ( % 16.67) I did complete the order that same day. ( % 5.00) Then, a couple weeks went by with me receiving "your order is delayed" emails. ( % 0.00) So I called back to Aventon customer service with my order number. ( % 0.00) I explained that it was getting too cold in my region soon to transport my bike to the vendor shop (I don't have a vehicle that can transport that bike weight). ( % -60.00) That representative apologized that the first person should have told me replacement key orders can take a while but she would try to expedite my process. ( % 12.50) She would let me know what she found out soon. ( % 0.00) I did not hear back. ( % 0.00) Another few weeks went by and I just received an email from a THIRD customer service person saying the company doesn't make replacement keys anymore and their only alternative solution would require me to bring my bike into a bike shop to have it installed. ( % -6.67) That could have been an option when I placed the order but it is a month later and getting my bike to a third-party vendor shop is no longer an option. ( % 0.00) I've been jerked around for a month, spoken to three separate service representatives and now end up with no solution except added expenses of warm storage of the bike, or transportation to a shop. ( % 60.00) Both of these expenses would have be avoidable a month ago when I started these conversations if I had gotten the correct information from ANY of the first representatives I talked to in a timely fashion. ( % 25.00) Not going to use Aventon products in the future and we are cancelled my husband's bike order from our vendor for the spring (he was going to be a new customer) based on this experience and how bad the customer service experience was! Improved Customer Service experienceSo, it did take a lot more effort than it should have, but I finally received some parts... ( % 25.00) I was originally missing the bracket for the rear rack. ( % -20.00) They sent me a reflector first. ( % 25.00) (??) ( % 0.00) Then they sent an entire rack set again, out of which I took the needed bracket. ( % 0.00) A few weeks later I received a bracket only. ( % -6.67) Then about a week later I received more brackets. ( % 25.00) Not really sure what is going on over there, but I did get what I needed even though it took several weeks and many more attempts. ( % 18.75) They also processed a refund for the original rear rack, which was unexpected, but appreciated. Time to lawyer up Aventon Canada!Bought two "new" Level in mid july . ( % 6.82) One of them arrived with a scratch on the handlebars post... didn't bother me too much at the time. I placed an order in August with a...I placed an order in August with a promised ship date of rd Sept , needless to say that did not happen, after contacting their customer service via text on numerous occasions I was promised that my order for two Adventure bikes would ship latest end of October, needless to say that did not happen either. ( % -12.50) After complaining and threatening to cancel my order they did ship out one Adventure bike in early November. ( % 10.00) When I check on their web site the second bike I ordered a step through Adventure s/m in Red is listed as "in stock and ready to ship" no doubt to entice new buyers to fall into the same trap as so many others and place an order. ( % 13.94) Today (Nov th) called them again and got the same verbatim replies as to why my order has not shipped. ( % 0.00) I told them I wanted someone to call me, according to the customer service person she put in the request for a supervisor to call me to explain why my order has not shipped after nearly months. ( % -26.67) I ask customer service for a simple measurement and after more than a week I was directed to their website for the answer in which that measurement is not available. ( % 10.00) After more than a month of waiting for delivery(understandably so because of lack of parts,shipping and so on) I received my brand new bike yesterday. Look elsewhere - the product isn't worth the nightmareLike others leaving reviews here, we ordered a bike many weeks ago, and have not received it. ( % 40.00) They charged my credit card immediately and have been holding on to my money since that time. ( % 0.00) As an insult to injury, the bike shows "In Stock And Ready To Ship" on their website. ( % 20.00) Every time I reach out to their customer service, it's a multiple day wait for a response, and every time, they share no useful information and refuse to explain why an "in stock" item has not been shipped in + months. ( % -7.50) It seems they are either plainly lying to new customers about the availability of their product or withholding my order. All I can say is I'm incredibly...All I can say is I'm incredibly disappointed. ( % -75.00) I spent months researching bikes. ( % -10.00) My main criteria was is it portable? ( % 0.00) The Aventon Sinch Step through was advertised on their own website as all of these things and on every YouTube review I could find. ( % 60.00) Well I received my bike yesterday. ( % 0.00) Did the assembly. ( % 0.00) Charged up the battery and headed out for my first ride. ( % 25.00) To my surprise....there was no throttle on demand. ( % 0.00) And I could not use the throttle without pedaling. ( % 0.00) If I striped pedaling the motor would cut off. ( % 0.00) It was concerning at first but I thought clearly I've missed something. ( % 17.50) I'll go back home and figure it out. ( % 0.00) Well after hours and hours of going over the bike, reading the manual front to back several times and searching endlessly through the app, I found nothing. AVENTON didn't honor it's warranty.We purchased an AVENTON bike for our son and within a couple months were have major problems including it no longer providing pedal assist and a smoking battery.
