I wouldn't even give them a star if I didn't have to! ( % 0.00) I bought $ ray bans from svs vision for my three year old son. ( % 10.00) This is his first time ever having glasses they fell off of his face and the dog grabbed a hold of them my son had them for two days and they're completely ruined and SVS vision is telling me I have to pay another $ in order for him to have glasses again so I paid $ for him to wear glasses for two days. ( % 17.50) I was told there was a warranty thinking if something like this happened they would gladly fix the problem but no that was a lie they will pay % even if it was days of having glasses, they don't take care of their customers, they don't take care of anything if accidents happen, all they want is more money. ( % 50.00) Go somewhere else especially if it's for a child ( % 0.00)

,,the glasses are cheap and so are the frames I had him for months and the glasses fell apart I took them back and they wanted to charge me $ to fix themwhen I got the glasses to the store they told me that they wanted $ to repair them I really think the service and the employees are not well trained to be blunt I think that SVS is a rip-off and the manager it was rude what more can I say butt don't get your glasses from here they suck ( % 6.67)

I went into SVS east beltline working with the manager getting eye glasses adjusted it was closing pm. ( % 0.00) I don't remember her name she was at all African American woman and she looked at the manager and said to her if you feel safe I'm going to leave. ( % 16.67) I felt as if that was a derogatory statement as if I was a mother or something and I believe that this woman should be removed from the customer service at SVS. ( % 0.00) I hope that the corporate office is my complaint and takes it to heart because the manager at this store is amazing and the people that she has his employees have poor customer service skills and they are just below the standard that I believe SVS has for their employees ( % -2.00)

I received a new pair of glasses during October , the glasses started giving me proble about mid . ( % 6.82) The plastic on the temple came loose, so I crazy glued both of them, after having sore ear for a long time. ( % -24.23) The lens begin to fog and not did not seem to stay clean, even though I used the spray and cleaning material from SVS. ( % 36.67) About /, give or take a month, I noticed that I was not able to see clearly and upon close examination I found that the lens were developing scratches. ( % -7.50) As I cleaned the glasses, with the SVS solution and pads, the lens scratches became worse. ( % -40.00) After ignoring this this for a while, enough was enough! ( % 0.00) Between March and , , I went to SVS to show them the scratches and the service reps acted as though I used a brillo pad or sandpaper to clean the glasses. ( % 36.67) I have been wearing glasses since I was , I'm now! ( % 0.00) So do you think I need a lesson in eyeglass maintenance? ( % 0.00) There is something definitely wrong with the lens, because my purchased glasses about the same time that I did and she is having similar issues. ( % -16.67) I even took the glasses I was wearing when I purchased the new ones and I also brought in two pair that I had to years ago and they had no scratches. ( % 13.64) But according to the SVS reps I scratched the coating, really!!! ( % 39.06) I was eventyally offered a new lens at a cost of $+, I only pad about $, out of pocket for the complete pair. ( % 7.88) It would seem that a company with good ethnics would have admit the fault and corrected the problem, not SVS. SVS in Imlay City mi. ( % 0.00) Told eye doc I loved by multi focal contacts , needed new exam and script. ( % 41.82) He did exam and then a trial pair of a different brand. My husband went to SVS for daily and safety glasses. ( % 0.00) After waiting / weeks and not hearing if they were ready or not, he called them for an update. ( % 20.00) His daily glasses came in (but they never called him) and come to find out, they never submitted the order on the safety glasses. ( % 0.00) His daily glasses were way over priced. ( % 0.00) He did like the doctor and the staff seemed pretty nice. ( % 42.50) However, we can go elsewhere for same quality and just as friendly atmosphere at a much lower cost than what was paid. I am on a low monthly fixed income yet i managed to save enough money to buy a pair of dollar glasses from your company. ( % 3.33) I paid extra for some "scratch proof coating". ( % 0.00) I am not sure what kind of scratches it prevents but my less than one year old eyeglasses are already scratched. ( % 7.08) How do I know if they even put the coating on the lenses? ( % 0.00) After they scratch the employee will tell you that "it doesn't prevent all scratches". ( % 0.00) Good grief I also paid extra for a warranty. ( % -3.33) I went in to have my less than one year old scratched lenses replaced and it will cost me $. ( % -3.33) I pay half ($) go on my merry way. ( % -16.67) Approximately a week later SVS Vision in Eastpointe MI calls me telling me I need to leave my eyeglasses with them for to days so they can replace these scratch proof coated scratched lenses. ( % -20.00) I said "what?". ( % 0.00) I cannot leave my glasses behind for to days. ( % -40.00) I need them to see. ( % 0.00) I need them to drive. ( % 0.00) I need them to read. ( % 0.00) I need them to work. ( % 0.00) Then they told me they would put a rush on it and would only be to days. ( % 0.00) Had I known this beforehand I would have never bought glasses from your company, and I certainly would have never paid for a warranty, or the scratch proof coating. I recently purchased several pairs of glasses at SVS Vision in Kalamazoo, Michigan. ( % 0.00) At the time, the store had recently opened and everything was new. ( % 6.82) I was so impressed with the comprehensive approach by the entire staff, but especially the services of optician, Leslie, and manager Michael. ( % 33.33) I had an issue with one pair of my sunglasses, so I brought it to the attention of Leslie. ( % 0.00) She collaborated with Manager Michael to find the best solution. ( % 100.00) Once again, the service I received was beyond my expectation, and quickly resolved the issue. ( % 33.33) Both of my experiences, purchasing and servicing, were professionally handled leaving me with the impression that they were sincerely interested in my welfare. I dont know what kind of operation svs is but it looks more like an assembly line, with a purpose to sell glasses. ( % 55.00) I went with my grandfather to get his eyes examined... he went in with a slight headache, and left with double vision and his right eye is now extremely lazy and unaligned. ( % -2.62) The doctor asked him if he had diabetes, he rold them he was borderline, so he put some drops in his eyes, and since then, which was two weeks ago, his vision has worsened. ( % 0.00) His right eye is now drifting to the right on its own, and his vision is double and blurry which is ruining his depth perception. ( % 29.29) He already can barely walk, not being able to see correctly is extremely dangerous for him. ( % -1.67)

A first-time customer going into an SVS for the very first time greeted appropriately I was asked to sit down she had to clear something then a young lady came in with a baby and hey I love babies too but you would think if you had a customer that you would tell your daughter granddaughter or whatever that person was to hold on to take care of the customer that was there before then and then go and take your personal time to enjoy the baby or at least acknowledge the customer and say would you mind since I don't see the baby or whatever the case may be I was in a rush didn't seem to bother her at all that I was sitting there until I decided to get up and leave I will make sure that this story does reach out to everyone that I know so that the location app and Utica across the street from Fraser hockey is aware of the older woman grayish hair thicker woman is not a customer service type of woman you'll be waited on at her convenience not yours ( % 19.88)

( % 0.00) My insurance was not entered correctly instead; I was charged $ and given $ off. ( % 0.00) I called my insurance and they called SVS corporate and spoke with Laura K. who is the manager of their billing department, to correct and reimburse me. ( % 0.00) I have spoken to Laura K. on / and /. ( % 0.00) Laura continues to lie about reimbursing me. ( % 0.00) It has been over a month and I have not received a check correcting their mistake. ( % 0.00) My insurance company called again and spoke with a Judy who apologizes stating someone dropped the ball and check will be sent. ( % 0.00) That was on /. ( % 0.00) Still no check sent days later. ( % 0.00) This company lies to its customers and insurance companies. ( % 0.00) I am reporting SVS for insurance fraud. ( % 0.00) I will make a report to Better Business Bureau and the attorney general. I went in for an eye exam along with a young man that I took with me he had his own insurance and I had my own insurance. ( % 43.33) We had our eye exam which went fine. ( % 41.67) Then when you're done the young man that was with me used his insurance to get his glasses and I paid extra, so he could have special lenses that were scratch proof. ( % 0.00) So I gave her my flex spend card and said use that to charge me with. ( % 0.00) When I went home later I found out that she charged my part which was $. ( % 0.00) to my credit card Instead of my flex spend. ( % 0.00) So I called them the next day and said why did you charge my credit card $. ( % 0.00) I told you to put it on my flex spend... She said I'm not sure what you're talking about I explained to her the whole thing over again. ( % -2.50) I then explained I needed her to give me $. ( % 0.00) back on to my credit card, and she said it's going to take a while to get that back I need to talk to somebody before I do it. ( % 0.00) I said no I want it take it off my card to day I gave her my card number I gave her my flex Spend number, and she could never get it straight. ( % 20.00) Later she told me that I was going to get boxes for that $.which was a lie. ( % 0.00) I would only be able to get boxes for that price, and she charged me out of that $$. ( % 25.00) towards my contact exam that supposedly my insurance would not pay. ( % 0.00) So I told her I don't want contacts from you just cancel my order will then she became even more confused trying to figure out how to charge me. ( % 5.00) As she also made a joke about the fact that OI must have made a mistake I took both cards up the same time maybe I shouldn't do that next time. ( % 0.00) Which is obviously not funny. ( % -12.50) I said when will I get my $. ( % 0.00) back she said all it'll probably take a week or so. ( % 0.00) She said it always comes out the same day but you never can get it back that quick hahaha. ( % 13.33) So I canceled and then found out that now I have to wait a week or before they can credit it back to my insurance because it's already been charged therefore a have to wait a week or to get a new pair of contacts that I desperately need......p.s. ( % -15.45) I also forgot to Say that they decided if I didn't pay him the $ before a loft that they had to take the paper right out of my hand because I could not take my exam with me. ( % 28.57) I said charge me the $ like I need to pay, so I can take my prescription with me. ( % 0.00) She finally took my card up there and charged me $ now gave me My prescription back to take with me. ( % 0.00) Now I wait because they have no idea what they're doing there and I would suggest no one ever go to svs vision in Davison Michigan. ( % 0.00)

I called to ask for price of a general eye exam. ( % 5.00) The employee kept me on hold over minutes while she assisted the caller ahead of me. ( % 0.00) Then when I did finally talk to her, She asked what she could do for me and I asked for price in a first time eye exam. ( % 12.50) She said "Contacts or glasses?" I brought two pair of glasses years ago in . ( % 0.00) Every since I bought my glasses they collect to dust to quickly I have to clean my glasses at lease to time a day . ( % 35.00) I believe the extra stuff that they put on my glasses cause me to collect dust too much. had been going to Dr Genteli with my grandson since he was , had us patch his eye, then continued with glasses, in the Fall of , we had the unfortunate luck of getting the "other Dr" Adelman in that office , after eye exam he proceeded to tell us he didn't know why we bothered with patching his eye and that glasses were no benefit because my Grandson could not see out of one eye and the other eye was fine. ( % -8.33) what? ( % 0.00) no corrective procedures could help? ( % 0.00) his answer :no, no compassion, no kindness, no nothing, months later we see pediatrician and tell him what happened, he recommends a pediatric eye specialist. ( % 0.00) fast forward to the specialist, glasses are medicine for childrens eyes, they help the brain recognize that the eye actually CAN see and actually help to improve his eye sight, and guess what ? ( % 6.67) even if he couldn't see out of eye, glasses with no prescription should have been recommended to protect the good eye.. bottom line: will never step foot in the waterford SVS vision again! ( % 87.50) SHAME ON YOU DR. ( % 0.00) ADELMAN!! ( % 0.00) my grandson lost an entire year of eye treatment because of your "professional" recommendation ( % 5.00)

Good day, I have purchased now pairs of glasses. ( % 70.00) The latest ones are about a couple of months old and have scratches on them for some odd reason. ( % 14.44) The scratches are making the vision very difficult to see. ( % -65.00) I have never had this happen to any of glasses and to this level. ( % 0.00) We do take care of the glasses well. ( % 0.00) In the past we have bought over pairs of glasses from different places and have had a few of them replaced due to scratches on the glass. ( % -14.37) When these scratches did happen, We took the glass back to the SVS store to be told by the "manager" who did originally help us purchase them that they will charge us for it. ( % 18.75) I told her that in every place that we went to in the past, they have replaced them without any issue. ( % -25.00) She told me that we have told you when you purchased it specifically that it was not going to happen. ( % 0.00) That was a lie. ( % 0.00) I told her that they have not because I would have not bought them there. ( % 0.00) She said well we did. ( % 0.00) and she was the one that sold the glasses to us. ( % 0.00) I told her that I do not have allowance for new glasses for another two years and she just said we told you it was not covered. ( % 13.64) I then told her that I would not be purchasing any more there and she laughed and said that is ok. I was under the conclusion of my visit with the office in Adrian Mi. I went for an eye exam on --. ( % 0.00) I picked a pair of glasses which was very hard to do because i had to wear a mask. ( % -37.92) The glasses at the time seemed to fit and I asked the associate if they looked ok. "They look great". ( % 0.00) The turning point was when I went shopping and they FELL OFF because they were so big. ( % 0.00) So...I knocked on the door and a woman goes to determine if they were not fitted properly. ( % 0.00) She said "Oh my, not only are they loose, they're crooked!!!". ( % -2.56) So she fixes them. ( % 0.00) THEY ARE STILL LOOSE. ( % -7.69) So...I'm at my Meijer store and there is an eye glass place in their store. ( % 0.00) I ask the man if he would fix them. ( % 0.00) He did, but he said these glasses are to big for my face. ( % 0.00) They feel better, but they are still loose. ( % 21.15) I HATE THEM!!!! ( % -100.00) I paid $ for them and they look ridiculous. ( % -33.33) I have gone to SVS numerous times along with my family, but after this I will have to resort to someplace else. Someone is going to explain to me why my Ray-Bans don't have any logo or etching on the right glass which is with prescription lenses real Ray-Bans have etching on the right lens. Over $ for a pair of READERS because actually, that's all they are good for. The store sales reps were very helpful up until they charged me twice for the same transaction. ( % 10.00) They didn't put the insurance on my account and it was in my daughter's name. You can never reach them called corporate office they gave me an appt for Friday someone called and canceled so I called the corporate office again to schedule another appt the girl that answered the phone sounded like she was at home she said sure I can schedule you an appointment she scheduled it for sat at : but I am not sure if they are open they should be she said well I thought I would call before I would drive to Sheffield Ohio when I called no answer left a message have not heard back from them at all my husband also called no response. Ordered a trial pair of contacts after an exam and once they came in an appointment was set up. ( % 0.00) The appointment was cancelled by them and there was difficulty rescheduling because there would not be enough staff to have one teach about contacts. ( % 0.00) However, an appointment was scheduled (so I thought) and when my daughter went they told her that she was one hour and minutes late for a time that I would not have scheduled because of her school schedule. I called to find out if they would take my insurance (HAP)for an eye exam they said yes and it would cost only the copay of $. So if you are poor like me and get medicaid because medicare does not pay dor optical do not choose svs your better off paying out of pocket because your glasses will be broken... And once you leave the store they will not fix them... I went here for myself and my children. ( % 0.00) I ended up being told by the health department that one of my Children failed their school eye exam with her glasses on and that I needed to have her tested again. ( % -50.00) I took her to a specialist and they found out she had the wrong script in her glasses and it messed up her eye. ( % -50.00) I then made them retest myself and my other child's eyes again by one of their other doctors and found out that my script was also severely off and my other child's script was slightly too strong. Not only did i find out the doctor at the Allen Park, Mi location wrote me the wrong prescription!!!!! I would like to know why i couldn't get my safety glasses order submitted the same day i came in to get my eye exam unless i had the dollars co pay fee..???
