Original review: Oct ( % 37.50) , When I bought the vehicle, it was already at , miles ( % 0.00) It’s more than beneficial to make sure that you have a type of coverage at that type of mileage ( % 50.00) Endurance called me and told me what was going on and what could be done ( % 0.00) So, I picked them ( % 0.00) When I looked at the rates and reviews, they were one of the top ones ( % 50.00) The purchasing process was quick but based on the policy and the way that it read, I need to have certain things done as per the maintenance for the vehicle ( % 27.38) Based on my situation, I don't know what was changed ( % 0.00) I don't know the previous owner and I don't know what they did ( % -16.67) According to my vehicle maintenance log, at this many miles, I’m supposed to have a thing changed ( % 50.00) If I haven't had it done within the guidelines of the maintenance for that type of vehicle, then they will say that they can't pay for it, because I was supposed to have it done ( % 0.00) I’m in a limbo because the contract also reads that if it’s not broken, don’t change it ( % 20.00) My timing belt is supposed to be changed at , miles ( % 0.00) I don't know whether the previous owner did it or not ( % -16.67) They didn't leave a record ( % 0.00) And I’m looking at a $ expense for a timing belt because it’s supposed to be changed at , miles ( % 0.00) Read full review ( % 35.00)

Original review: Sept ( % 37.50) , I buy used vehicles and I've always gotten an extended warranty on them unless they’re certified for three years ( % 0.00) I had a good experience signing up with Endurance, but I haven't received anything from them as far as anything showing me what my coverage is ( % 40.00) From research, Endurance is fairly large compared to some of them ( % 21.43) I had a bad experience with my last outfit in my last vehicle ( % -23.33) The dealer sold me a contract and I had a bad experience with them ( % -70.00) They didn't cover anything when it's time ( % 0.00) Anything that I turned in, they just said, “That's not covered ( % 0.00) ” And it plainly read on their paperwork that it was covered, but they never paid anything ( % -21.43) The rep of Endurance sounded very knowledgeable ( % 20.00) Everything was pretty fast though ( % 22.50) It wasn't something I had time to really digest ( % 20.00) But that was all right ‘cause I figured, I'll get it in the mail ( % 28.57) It’ll show me what coverage I have ( % 0.00) I was pretty satisfied with the coverage ( % 37.50) ( % 0.00)

Original review: Sept ( % 37.50) , I already had CarShield and thought they were the best ( % 100.00) I heard about Endurance, did a little research and saw the top three - Endurance, CarShield and somebody else ( % 15.63) CarShield had some limited coverages and I was looking for more coverage ( % 21.43) When I heard Endurance covers more than CarShield, I canceled my CarShield contract and got Endurance ( % 50.00) I also like the fact that there wasn't a deductible with Endurance ( % 0.00) The rep did good ( % 70.00) He said for whatever that they didn't cover, they were gonna loan me the money to get my car fixed ( % 10.00) That really sold me ( % 20.00) The only thing he left out was that I had to get approved for the loan through a credit check ( % 0.00) When I took my car in to get it fixed a couple of weeks ago, the shop told me what was wrong with it and they called Endurance ( % -20.00) Endurance said they don't cover that so I had to go dig my file and tried to get it approved ( % 0.00) They said that wasn't approved so I'm still in the process of trying to get some things fixed for my car ( % 10.00) Other than that, I don't have a problem with Endurance at all ( % -12.50) Everything's been good ( % 70.00) I like the fee and the way it got set up ( % 0.00) I paid so many months and the next month, I don't have to pay anything ( % 25.00) My uncle was the one who told me about CarShield ( % 0.00) I found out about Endurance and told him about that ( % 0.00) I said, "You need to get Endurance ( % 0.00) It's better than CarShield ( % 50.00) " Read full review ( % 35.00)

Original review: Sept ( % 37.50) , The warranties on my car had expired ( % 0.00) All of these TV commercials encourage people to get an extended warranty, so I started looking into it ( % 0.00) I'd gone with another company before, but they would not provide me with a copy of my contract, so I cancelled with them and then went with Endurance instead ( % 0.00) Endurance said they don't do anything by mail ( % 0.00) They do it all electronically ( % 0.00) So, they have given me a website that I need to go to to get in ( % 0.00) The only one policy that they have, which is a little difficult when you live in Alaska, is that you gotta put , miles on your car from the time that you sign up ( % -13.78) It's for the time that you're eligible to start using their services ( % 0.00) And up here in Alaska, it's very difficult to put on , miles because we don't have any roads up here ( % -65.00) The -day wait was not a problem but especially with COVID going on right now, I told the rep too that I only live about a block and a half from work, so putting on , miles is gonna take quite a while ( % 5.11) Overall, they were very nice on the phone and they came through with everything that they said that they were going to do, at least to this point ( % 16.00) Read full review ( % 35.00)

Original review: Sept ( % 37.50) , The coverage from Endurance Auto Warranty was pretty much equal to the top two people in the business ( % 25.00) But what made me go with Endurance was that they were able to break my payments up over three years, which gave me a lower monthly payment than other companies and there was no major deposit or anything down ( % 4.70) The other companies were only able to break it down for two years ( % 5.49) The reps from Endurance were very knowledgeable ( % 20.00) They gave me everything very simple as far as the coverage and they broke everything down in layman's terms for me ( % -1.85) But being that it's a five-year warranty, I don't understand why they can't break it up into five years for payments but that's not really a dealbreaker ( % -10.00) ( % 0.00)

Original review: Aug ( % 37.50) , My niece told me about a service contract because she had another company and she had it for her car ( % 0.00) She got a later model than mine and she was telling me to get it ( % 0.00) I had the contract before with somebody else but nothing ever happened to my car ( % 0.00) I had my car for about a year before I got into an accident and I had it with the people that I got the call from ( % 0.00) I just decided because she kept on saying it ( % 0.00) My son is paying for it, so I'm like, "Okay ( % 50.00) "Endurance had this young man call me and I told him that I was gonna transfer my money per month from one account to another ( % 10.00) He called me back within the next hour and he was so convincing ( % 16.67) I decided I didn't want it and then another man from a company called me ( % 0.00) He was convincing me to get it back and I said that I am not gonna be paying $ a month because I'm already paying insurance ( % 25.00) Also, nothing is wrong with my car because I got everything done before ( % -50.00) Last year, I got new rotors, shocks and tie rods ( % 6.82) But he was just so convincing to get me to get it back ( % 25.00) So I got it back ( % 0.00) Both men explained to me the coverage ( % 0.00) The guy said that you have to put , miles on it but at the end, they’ll give it back to you ( % 0.00) Read full review ( % 35.00)

Original review: Aug ( % 37.50) , I was googling car warranties and found Endurance ( % 0.00) They were top rated so that's who I went with ( % 50.00) I'm buying a newer rig and a tranny on this thing costs eight grand ( % 50.00) I'm driving a diesel now so if something goes wrong, it's expensive ( % -50.00) At first, the rep was kind of pissing me off because I already agreed to it and I told the one person that I would talk to him on Friday ( % 42.50) They called me everyday for four days in a row and I told them that I’m just not gonna do my contract ( % -20.00) Then finally, the last one put it in the notes and it stayed there ( % 0.00) They were on borderline of me not even doing it just because they were calling me every day trying to get me to sign up ( % 0.00) And then, they were trying to tell me they were getting me a better rate, which I got the same rate I was quoted to start with ( % 25.00) The rep explained the coverage as good as you could over the phone ( % 70.00) It's one of those things you gotta look at a hard copy and actually see what you've got ( % -14.58) I asked questions and the rep answered them ( % 0.00) The split down payment was a bonus ( % -15.56) Instead of shelling out the , they were able to split it up for me ( % 50.00) So, that made things a lot easier ( % 0.00) Read full review ( % 35.00)

Original review: Aug ( % 37.50) , I went with Endurance because when I did a comparison on the contracts, their competitor had a lot of stuff that were hidden like a certain part can be replaced only if a seal goes out - little things that Endurance didn't have on theirs ( % -3.50) Everything went well at first and then I found out that my package wasn't covering all the things that I needed ( % 25.00) I was given the basic package, which according to them is what they could only give me with my Jaguar XJL Portfolio being a luxury car ( % 0.00) But then I spoke with another company and they were offering a better package ( % 50.00) I told Endurance and they upgraded me to some diamond package that I have now, which is bumper-to-bumper ( % 0.00) It was like I had to force them to give me the package that I wanted ( % 0.00) Other than that, it's been good so far ( % 22.50) ( % 0.00)

Original review: Aug ( % 37.50) , I didn't have the dealership warranty anymore so just in case, the service contract was an added protection because my wallet is not that big ( % 0.00) I can’t afford to pay a brand-new transmission out of pocket ( % 0.00) So hopefully, with Endurance, I can get a better deal ( % 50.00) I came across them on one of my emails and I took a look at it ( % 0.00) I got a call later on ( % 0.00) The customer service rep’s knowledge was A-plus ( % 0.00) The last person I talked to was Brandon but I need to send some more information about my car and the ID tag because those were what he wanted ( % 25.00) I'm gonna be needing new tires, so I would send a picture about that and a picture of the decal that has all the vehicle information ( % 13.64) I'll send that later on ( % 0.00) So far, Endurance has been good ( % 40.00) ( % 0.00)

Original review: July , I watch TV a lot and I see Endurance as well as CarShield ( % 37.50) I see some other ones but Endurance sounded the best for me ( % 43.75) The rep did well ( % 0.00) I asked questions and he answered them ( % 0.00) But I bought the warranty out of not being aware what I had on my policy because when I bought the vehicle, I didn't look at all my paperwork ( % 25.00) I had a five-year Platinum plan that I got a contract with and I didn't know all that at first ( % 25.00) I would just pay for it so I didn't want to be paying more money ( % 50.00) I talked to a guy a couple of days ago about canceling my plan with Endurance ( % 0.00) He wasn't too apprehensive about accepting my cancellation ( % 0.00) He said he would get back to me but he hadn’t gotten back to me yet, which was the only problem that I had far as signing up for it ( % 2.50) ( % 0.00)

Original review: July , I have an auto warranty now but will run out in November ( % 37.50) I wanted to wait 'til this one ends and then get another one that was why I was inquiring ( % 0.00) Endurance said that I could take my Volvo to the Volvo shop and get all of my repairs done with original parts ( % 37.50) A lot of the competitors don't do that and they wanna try to get the cheapest refurbished part but that's not a good thing for Volvos ( % -35.00) The representative I spoke on the phone seemed to be pretty knowledgeable ( % 25.00) I wanted to know if this is true and she said that's what they do ( % 35.00) She also stated that they were also the original provider of the Volvo extended warranty ( % 37.50) I wanted to make sure that this was in the contract ( % 50.00) However, I never got it so I wanna cancel for a couple of months ( % 0.00) I don't know what’s in there ( % 0.00) They sent me something in the mail and it wasn't my contract ( % 0.00) Also, when I tried to go on the website and access my account, I couldn't ( % 0.00) I've called and left a message, and nobody ever got back with me ( % 0.00) Read full review ( % 35.00)

Original review: July , I've seen Endurance on TV a lot, and then when I had it online, it sounded like the best one ( % 68.75) I put out a request for a quote online and they called me about a day or two later ( % 0.00) The signup process went smoothly ( % 40.00) The representative was very nice, helpful, and friendly ( % 57.75) She even explained the reward system ( % 0.00) I had a down payment, then the payments of ( % -15.56) a month for months ( % 0.00) I just got my contract warranty in the email yesterday and that was pretty quick ( % 29.17) ( % 0.00)

Original review: July , I got a luxury car and I decided to get a service contract ( % 37.50) My interaction with the reps from Endurance Auto was spotty but okay at best ( % 75.00) They explained the coverage well and I know that if I have issues with trying to get service done, I'd give them the number that’s on the card ( % 0.00) I also have to pay for that $ deductible for the service ( % 0.00) Other than that, it was easy making the payment for the warranty which was drafted out of our account ( % 15.42) ( % 0.00)

Original review: June , There were a few questions that I had to hunt down through several people at Endurance to get them rectified, but I got them rectified ( % 0.49) They originally said that I would get a copy of all of the coverage and I had to call back three times to get that ( % 18.75) I just had to get to the right person in order to get it ( % 28.57) But when they’re selling something, they really need to get the contract to the customer ahead of time ( % 20.00) At one point, I was so upset with it I was ready to tell them to give my money back because I paid the money and I still didn’t have a copy of the coverage ( % 10.00) So, that's the biggest thing that they need to work on ( % 0.00) Other than that, everybody was nice and promising ( % 22.50) I used to have Hunt Valley, Maryland but Endurance covered a little more than they did for around about the same price, so I switched ( % 10.42) So far, the coverage is okay but I'm hoping and praying that I don’t have to use the warranty right now ( % 29.52) Should the need arise, I’m waiting to see how everything goes with that ( % 0.00) Read full review ( % 35.00)

Original review: June , When I called the salesperson, he started out with soft ( % 23.75) He was cool and he sold me with the way his approach was which was totally different ( % 17.50) He was a great guy and everything with him was excellent % ( % 90.00) When he sold me the contract, he was so good at selling and explaining everything, I missed the -day validation period, and there's no “and/or” in there ( % 70.00) It’s -day validation, and then the next line says, “,-mile validation,” and I should’ve picked up that it was “and that” ( % 0.00) In my mind, I was thinking like I do an oil change or either warranty expires, I got , miles or three years, whatever comes first ( % 25.00) I was damn miles short on taking my car in, and Endurance didn't bend ( % 0.00) They didn't do anything ( % 0.00) But it’s a done deal ( % 0.00) I understand it now and it won’t happen again ( % 0.00) I’m satisfied with Endurance ( % 50.00) ( % 0.00)

Original review: June , I looked around, saw half a dozen companies and I happened to see Endurance Auto's literature ( % 10.42) Having a -year-old vehicle, it seemed to make some good sense ( % 70.00) The main reason I got the warranty is the offering of being able to repair things that go wrong with my car, potentially without a lot of out-of-pocket costs ( % 4.17) I have the one that I pay for as long as I own the vehicle and I do monthly thing on a card ( % 27.50) The terms of the agreement, which they have in writing, were what I desired ( % 0.00) I wanted the major components covered, and I wanted to be able to go to a place of my choosing, even if it had to be a dealer ( % 28.13) The salespeople also promoted it as being a bit more inclusive and a little less restrictive than other warranty offerings out there ( % 0.52) It was professional ( % 10.00) I bought other things online before, like most people, and the person endeavored to do all they could to get me to buy it ( % 18.75) It was a bit of pressure there, but I pushed back and asked what they could do for me price-wise and terms-wise ( % 0.00) It’s a give-and-take ( % 0.00) I lived in Latin America for many years and I learned the art of negotiating ( % 50.00) Most Americans don't know how to negotiate ( % 50.00) They see a price, they pay it ( % 0.00) To me, the asking price is the starting point of the negotiation ( % 0.00) If it's a good deal for me, then it's a good deal ( % 70.00) Also, these companies come and go ( % 0.00) Corporations are big ( % 0.00) They have a lot of money, they have lawyers, and they have HR ( % 0.00) I don't ever cry for corporations ( % 0.00) It’s what you can do to the individual who you are offering the product to that truly defines how flexible, as well as good, a company is ( % 35.00) We were able to negotiate the price, which was a big plus ( % 25.00) They gave me a veteran discount as well ( % 0.00) I’m presuming that was something in the quiver of offers they're allowed ( % 10.00) Read full review ( % 35.00)

Original review: May , I wanted to get a service contract, but I didn't know who to get ( % 37.50) There were so many of them out there that and you don't know what they were gonna cover and what they were not gonna cover ( % 50.00) Somebody had told me about Endurance ( % 0.00) I remember hearing about CarShield on TV and he said that Endurance was better ( % 50.00) He also said that his dad liked them because they told him upfront what was gonna happen, what they were gonna do, what they would fix, and what they wouldn't fix ( % 60.00) When I was purchasing the warranty, the rep, Kathleen, was very nice one the phone and explained everything down to the end and answered the questions I had ( % 31.22) She handled things very well ( % 20.00) I felt very good when the rep explained the coverage to me ( % 91.00) When you're alone like I am now, and people see a woman or a girl coming that doesn't know anything about an automobile, and right away, you feel that those people are gonna check me for everything now because I don't know anything ( % 28.57) I can't answer them because I'm stupid ( % -80.00) But Endurance didn't treat me like that ( % 0.00) They told me what they were gonna do, and what was gonna happen and why ( % 0.00) It was a very good and easy experience ( % 67.17) I wasn't looking at the sheet of paper where I didn't know the questions they were asking me ( % 0.00) Going into it, I wasn't that afraid because people have told me ( % -60.00) Setting up the payment was easy and it wasn't very confusing at all ( % 2.17) They said, "We're gonna do this, this, this and this ( % 0.00) What do you think?" Original review: April , I was trying make sure that my car would be fine and I decided to get a service contract for it ( % 43.06) While I was doing my research, Endurance was the first one that came up ( % 25.00) Then I called them and the guy informed me about their product ( % 0.00) He went into details about it and that representative really made me go with Endurance ( % 20.00) He did a really good job and I don’t think he could’ve done any better than what he did ( % 60.00) Paying for the warranty was very easy, too ( % 56.33) I asked the information, he received it, put it through, and that was it ( % 0.00) All in all, I really had a good experience with Endurance ( % 45.00) ( % 0.00)

Original review: April , BMW actually accepts Endurance Auto Warranty so there would be no issues if I have to take my vehicle in ( % 18.75) Unfortunately, there is confusion and lack of information ( % -50.00) I purchased it thinking one thing, and then I called to follow up to find out what was going on, and I’m still waiting to actually hear back even though I’ve exchanged a couple of emails ( % 0.00) They said they’d get back to me ( % 0.00) That was a couple of weeks ago now but nobody’s getting back to even let me know ( % 0.00) I have the Silver Plus and the Elite membership but I have no idea because I have no idea if my vehicle is actually covered based upon the contract ( % 0.00) I’m debating if I should cancel it within the -day period to get my money back My problem is that the engine blew, and I replaced the engine ( % 0.00) It’s a BMW engine, but it’s not the engine that came with the car ( % 0.00) While everybody says that they’re % sure that it’s covered, the contract is very specific that everything has to match up ( % 25.00) The serial number on the engine and the serial number on the car are not going to match ( % 0.00) I put a better engine in it, and lower miles, and replaced all the seals, gaskets, from top to bottom and electrical ( % 50.00) It was professionally done at an ASE-certified shop ( % 10.00) But despite all this, if I had an engine problem, my engine may not be covered ( % 0.00) The welcome package shows me the contract, but the contract has all these fine points that have to be met ( % 60.83) And based upon me putting in a new engine, I have no idea if my engine’s covered ( % 13.64) I also have no idea if my PDC system is covered ( % 0.00) At this point the only thing I know my warranty covers is my transmission ( % 0.00) If my transmission goes, I could replace that for less than two grand, which means that I’m basically spending $, for a warranty to cover a less than $, fix ( % 5.56) Read full review ( % 35.00)

Original review: April , I was dissatisfied a lot and I’ll never go with Endurance again ( % 37.50) I called to talk and see if they could do a claim but they said it was a little too early ( % -4.38) Then I talked to a lady, who was one of the managers, and she told me that if I waited a couple of days, I could see if I could file a claim ( % 0.00) I wasn’t past my days but it was my th day ( % -25.00) She said she could still get me a refund if I went past the days ( % -25.00) Then another warranty company I had took care of the claim for me ( % 0.00) I had put a couple of warranties on while I had Endurance just to see which one was the best and which one would take care of me ( % 100.00) The other company did and I left Endurance a voicemail ( % -6.25) I told the manager about it but she kept trying to bribe me stay with Endurance ( % 0.00) Then she told me they couldn't give me a full refund then because it was past the days ( % 5.00) I told her that she had told me otherwise on the phone before but it was not a recorded line and she said she never said that ( % 0.00) She was also putting down a bunch of car warranties ( % -15.56) As a professional, someone that’s in that kind of business doesn’t put down another company ( % 18.15) But she was saying that the other company was not all that they say they are ( % -12.50) She said they don't pay for anything and that's why they're in lawsuits ( % 0.00) I told her that that may be but they were taking car of my car a little bit more quickly ( % 21.53) Then I had to call again and speak to a different manager because the other lady hung up on me ( % -6.25) The first manager was like, “I’ll process the refund whenever I feel like it ( % 25.00) ” Another girl I spoke to said there was no request or anything like that ( % 0.00) It was just one of the problems with the manager ( % 0.00) Amy was the last one who helped me out ( % 0.00) She took care of everything and got my refund ( % 0.00) When I enrolled with them, it was quick and easy ( % 38.33) In fact, it was too good to be true ( % 52.50) The dude was saying they would covered everything ( % 0.00) He also told me to go over , miles and I could come up with a couple of days short ( % 0.00) I thought that was cool ( % 35.00) That was how my other warranty for the car was ( % -12.50) I went over , miles and although I was two days short, they said it was okay and that they would let it slide ( % 25.00) That was when I first got the car ( % 25.00) The dude didn’t say anything about I had to wait a full days ( % 35.00) In fact, he didn’t really have too much knowledge about what they were covering on the car ( % 20.00) I asked him what would be covered on the car and he was like, “Man, you’re gonna be a league pro ( % 0.00) You’re gonna have a lot of good stuff ( % 70.00) ” I asked him what all the good stuff was and he didn’t know ( % 70.00) He was like, “You have to buy it first and then I can tell you ( % 25.00) ” I asked what if I bought it and there was nothing and he said he couldn't send me a contract unless I bought it ( % 0.00) He was making it real hard for me to go with them ( % -43.75) I asked what would happen if he did and he said I was gonna be covered ( % 0.00) Then when we got down to it, when the warranty was supposed to cover something, they didn’t ( % -15.56) The reps were nice and very respectful when we were signing up but not so much on the leaving side ( % 48.33) I've had Endurance before with my Mustang and then my sister got it for the Avenger but the thing is we never used it ( % 0.00) That’s why I took it off my Mustang ( % 0.00) It’s under factory warranty still and when I asked for extended warranty, they gave me one at the dealership but I bought the Endurance on top of that ( % 50.00) With the Mustang, I didn’t have any problems canceling ( % 0.00) I just stopped paying it ( % 0.00) Then for the Avenger, we called and canceled, and they took everything fine ( % 41.67) I didn’t have to get anything notarized or anything like that ( % 0.00) Read full review ( % 35.00)

Original review: April , The rep from Endurance was one of the first people to call me back and that's why I went with them ( % 20.83) But initially, they couldn’t give out too much information unless I accepted the terms and I felt very uneasy ( % 13.33) They didn’t really give me too much information other than the basic things that I asked about ( % 6.88) But after the phone call, I did my own research and I’m satisfied with how they made the payment work for me ( % 55.00) ( % 0.00)

Original review: April , I took my Jeep Cherokee to my mechanic ( % 37.50) They told me it need a oil pump ( % 0.00) They called Endurance warranty to see if it was covered and Endurance warranty they sent out inspector to check out ( % 0.00) My jeep was in the garage ( % 0.00) At this point weeks nothing was being done ( % 0.00) I went to the garage myself ( % 0.00) Had a way call to the claims department ( % 0.00) Sat thereafter good hour ( % 70.00) Get disconnected ( % 0.00) They did call back ( % 0.00) They told me I would have show them receipts where I had my oil change ( % 0.00) My husband changed my oil so we need keep receipts ( % 0.00) My mechanic never ask for this the first time I ever had to use my warranty ( % 25.00) My jeep is now sitting in my garage but not fixed ( % -5.00) I took to corporate ( % 0.00) They told me they would find cheaper parts and a garage but I would still have to pay for it to be fixed ( % 10.00) I've been paying $: a month ( % 0.00) Corp ( % 0.00) did tell me I could miss a month and they would reduce my payment ( % 0.00) Is this warranty worth? No not when you have to jump through hoops ( % 30.00) This was my first experience and still not fixed at this point ( % 10.00) I just want my full refund back so I can pay for my jeep to get fixed but they told no ( % 15.00) Corp ( % 0.00) told me no ( % 0.00) I'm just telling my Experience because I don't want anyone else to be treated in way ( % 0.00) Definitely read the whole contract ( % 10.00) Read full review ( % 35.00)

Original review: March , I'm not happy with Endurance ( % -1.25) They wouldn’t put in a claim for my oil ( % 0.00) My car is spitting oil and I tried to get it repaired but they said they're not covering that because of some standalone provision ( % 0.00) My policy covers the transmission, the engine, the powertrain and stuff like that ( % 0.00) That’s what the salesman indicated to me ( % 0.00) At first, I was a little bit deterred but he more or less explained to me that with most extended warranty coverages on cars, that is the garden-variety procedure, there’s a caveat to this ( % 17.92) If I call again and something goes wrong with my car and they don't do it, they're out ( % -50.00) That’s not even up for negotiation or discussion ( % 0.00) Initially, Endurance gave me the impression that they were gonna cover the claim ( % 0.00) But at the last moment, right when they called to get the claim, they said they were not gonna cover it ( % 14.29) So that was really unfortunate ( % -50.00) Plus it’s really uncomfortable for me, having to go through this to pay a guy and then come to find out they're not doing it ( % -50.00) So I just wasted a lot of time ( % -20.00) They could have told me that from the beginning and I could have made some other arrangements to have my car repaired but they didn’t do that ( % -12.50) So that would my suggestion ( % 0.00) They shouldn’t wait two or three weeks down the road when the customer is getting ready to get his car repaired in the shop to indicate that they’re not gonna cover it ( % 2.22) That is crazy ( % -60.00) Endurance did offer to forestall one payment to assist me with the repairs if I stayed with them ( % 0.00) But I’ve got some time to think about their offer ( % 0.00) I also liked the guy yesterday because he explained everything in detail ( % 60.00) He was explaining I should have done this from the beginning ( % 0.00) So that would be my primary concern with regards to that ( % 40.00) But I’ll figure it out ( % 0.00) I’ll see if I’ll stay with them or find myself another carrier ( % 0.00) I’ll give Endurance more opportunities ( % 50.00) I don't wanna have to read that contract ( % 0.00) It’s several pages long but I will do that ( % -2.50) Read full review ( % 35.00)

Original review: March , Endurance was rated relatively high on some of the reviews, and they were easy to work with whenever I called ( % 32.28) I was apprehensive about this extended warranty stuff, but Cadillac didn't call me back in a timely manner while Endurance was responsive ( % 0.00) The rep went through the coverage, the contract, and the pricing ( % 0.00) He did cover a few different options when I inquired ( % -10.00) At the end, he did explain the mileage ( % 0.00) I've not used the service to really be educated but I felt it was a good decision and I hope I was right ( % 39.52) ( % 0.00)

Original review: March , When I bought my car, it didn't have a warranty ( % 37.50) It was almost years old and had , miles on it ( % 10.00) It's a beautiful Porsche Boxster S and I wanna have some kind of fallback in case something happens to it ( % 72.50) When I looked up service contracts on the internet, Endurance was the first one who came ( % 25.00) I explained to the rep what was going on with the car and what I needed to have ( % 0.00) He showed me the program, what they were offering, and what it was gonna cover ( % 0.00) I'm satisfied with the coverage ( % 50.00) ( % 0.00)

Original review: March , I was looking up what some of the better prices were, and there was this site online that came up with three or four of the best-recognized companies and their prices ( % 43.75) I proceeded to get ahold of them, and then I got ahold of Endurance and decided to contract with them ( % 0.00) What I liked about them was that you could pay it all or you could pay a monthly payment ( % 60.00) I wanted to pay the monthly, so I went with them ( % 0.00) Their reps were very informative ( % 20.00) I looked into warranties before, so I could tell if they knew what they were talking about ( % 0.00) They knew about what it did cover specifically and what it did not ( % 0.00) They were communicative, very polite and professional ( % 15.00) Making the payments when I purchased the warranty was extremely easy ( % 43.33) It was done in less than three minutes ( % -16.67) ( % 0.00)

Original review: March , My car is paid off, but I don’t have any coverage anymore ( % 37.50) I acquired a service contract for protection ( % 0.00) That right there made me feel like it was a better purchase for me ( % 39.29) I looked at about five companies, but it was a fast decision not because I didn’t know a lot about it, but I felt that there’s an industry standard for it ( % 10.00) Endurance gave me a year of the upgraded service just in case ( % 0.00) My car is at about years and I’m at around , miles ( % 0.00) I thought that my car is gonna mess up within the next three years anyway ( % -8.75) And I tried to do the math when it came to how much the things that break on a car costs, like an alternator, getting oil changes, the drivetrain, or the transmission ( % 20.00) Endurance is willing to take on the burden for me and I’m willing to pay for it ( % 25.00) I felt like bucks a month, plus the upgraded package, kinda evens out even if nothing happens to my car at all ( % 0.00) And at least, I’ll be covered if one of those things did mess up ( % -23.75) Signing up with Endurance was very easy and they offered me something extra, which almost made me feel better ( % 35.44) Making payments was also very easy ( % 56.33) I was able to do it with my credit card and then they set up autopay for it ( % 50.00) The insurance is pretty low, which kinda puts me at a position where I’m saving about a hundred bucks but I’m still taking care of my vehicle ( % 12.50) Read full review ( % 35.00)

Original review: Oct ( % 37.50) , I called Endurance the day before for prior approval and to make sure that my breakdown was covered under my policy ( % 25.00) I was told by the representative that I spoke with that the breakdown was % covered under my policy and instructed me to take my vehicle to the nearest dealer ( % 0.00) I had the vehicle towed to the nearest dealer, gave the service advisor all my policy information ( % 0.00) The dealer called me and told me that my claim had been rejected ( % 0.00) I got on the phone with the Endurance Claims department and was treated very rude ( % -39.00) They were uncooperative and unprofessional and would not honor their warranty ( % 0.00) I explained to them that I had received prior approval the day before from an Endurance representative ( % 0.00) I was told by the claims person that the representative did not have the authorization to make that decision ( % 0.00) At this point I was very upset and asked to speak to a supervisor ( % 20.00) I was told that there was no one else I could speak with ( % 0.00) I was not afforded the opportunity to escalate my complaint up the chain of command, instead I was give the Arbitration address ( % -30.00) Bottom line is Endurance does not honor their contractual commitment! Original review: Sept ( % 37.50) , I had a little bit of trouble in the beginning ( % -19.38) I was quoted one type of warranty protection and it was the best one for what Endurance said that my vehicle needs ( % 100.00) Then after it wasn’t what they actually gave me ( % 0.00) I had to speak to somebody else ( % 0.00) They said that was a supervisor ( % 0.00) I’m not sure if that’s actually true or not ( % 5.00) I already sent them the money for that policy ( % 0.00) They said it covered everything I wanted covered, but then the actuality, I looked into it, it didn't, so I wound up paying for a higher policy with shorter years of protection ( % 25.00) But I just wanted to make sure my car is supposed to be covered under all circumstances ( % 50.00) It seemed like there was a rush to get me to put down the down payment for the policy ( % -15.56) Also, there's something I didn't understand about the company until afterwards ( % 0.00) They were basically saying that the people that I actually had my warranty through are under Endurance ( % 0.00) It’s like a subcontractor ( % 0.00) I’m like, “It’s either Endurance or it’s not ( % 0.00) ” When I first paid Endurance, I got that information saying that I paid Endurance ( % 25.00) Now, when I pay Endurance, it comes back by something else ( % 0.00) Read full review ( % 35.00)

Original review: Dec ( % 37.50) , I thought that I got the best plan for my car, the representative recommended the Diamond plan that cover almost everything, BUT I found out that they have a lot of loophole to not fix your car ( % 100.00) I have a problem with front axle, the grease was leaking a li'l and they said it’s not covered, the boots comes along with the axle, and it’s part of the axle, how would anyone know that the boot is leaking till he feel something is not right with the car, I feel they are a scam and there are a lot of loopholes in their contract to just not paying for the repair ( % -14.29) ( % 0.00)

Original review: July , Endurance is horrible ( % -31.25) The lady I was speaking with put the wrong VIN number in for my truck and I had to pay the consequences for it, which doesn't make sense to me ( % -50.00) After days, they told me that the contract was invalid but they still took money out my account ( % 0.00) So, they ended up starting my contract over ( % 0.00) Instead of the days or , miles, now it's some days and they wouldn’t justify it at all ( % 0.00) I've had them twice before in two other cars and now, I know the reason why I left them before ( % -6.25) It was always something and I was always going back and forth with them ( % 0.00) I had my Infiniti on there and my pickup truck, which was what she put back in versus my new pickup truck when I gave her the correct information ( % 6.82) Before the th, I'm gonna cancel it and I wouldn't recommend anyone to them ( % 0.00) ( % 0.00)

Original review: March , I’ve been with at least one of Endurance's competitors and my family has been with the other two ( % -1.67) They were all terrible, which was why I chose Endurance ( % -100.00) I thought I put in the mileage, but I didn't, so they pushed back and had to completely rewrite the contract ( % 5.00) Everything went well ( % 0.00) ( % 0.00)
