Original review: April , I was dissatisfied a lot and I’ll never go with Endurance again ( % 37.50) I called to talk and see if they could do a claim but they said it was a little too early ( % -4.38) Then I talked to a lady, who was one of the managers, and she told me that if I waited a couple of days, I could see if I could file a claim ( % 0.00) I wasn’t past my days but it was my th day ( % -25.00) She said she could still get me a refund if I went past the days ( % -25.00) Then another warranty company I had took care of the claim for me ( % 0.00) I had put a couple of warranties on while I had Endurance just to see which one was the best and which one would take care of me ( % 100.00) The other company did and I left Endurance a voicemail ( % -6.25) I told the manager about it but she kept trying to bribe me stay with Endurance ( % 0.00) Then she told me they couldn't give me a full refund then because it was past the days ( % 5.00) I told her that she had told me otherwise on the phone before but it was not a recorded line and she said she never said that ( % 0.00) She was also putting down a bunch of car warranties ( % -15.56) As a professional, someone that’s in that kind of business doesn’t put down another company ( % 18.15) But she was saying that the other company was not all that they say they are ( % -12.50) She said they don't pay for anything and that's why they're in lawsuits ( % 0.00) I told her that that may be but they were taking car of my car a little bit more quickly ( % 21.53) Then I had to call again and speak to a different manager because the other lady hung up on me ( % -6.25) The first manager was like, “I’ll process the refund whenever I feel like it ( % 25.00) ” Another girl I spoke to said there was no request or anything like that ( % 0.00) It was just one of the problems with the manager ( % 0.00) Amy was the last one who helped me out ( % 0.00) She took care of everything and got my refund ( % 0.00) When I enrolled with them, it was quick and easy ( % 38.33) In fact, it was too good to be true ( % 52.50) The dude was saying they would covered everything ( % 0.00) He also told me to go over , miles and I could come up with a couple of days short ( % 0.00) I thought that was cool ( % 35.00) That was how my other warranty for the car was ( % -12.50) I went over , miles and although I was two days short, they said it was okay and that they would let it slide ( % 25.00) That was when I first got the car ( % 25.00) The dude didn’t say anything about I had to wait a full days ( % 35.00) In fact, he didn’t really have too much knowledge about what they were covering on the car ( % 20.00) I asked him what would be covered on the car and he was like, “Man, you’re gonna be a league pro ( % 0.00) You’re gonna have a lot of good stuff ( % 70.00) ” I asked him what all the good stuff was and he didn’t know ( % 70.00) He was like, “You have to buy it first and then I can tell you ( % 25.00) ” I asked what if I bought it and there was nothing and he said he couldn't send me a contract unless I bought it ( % 0.00) He was making it real hard for me to go with them ( % -43.75) I asked what would happen if he did and he said I was gonna be covered ( % 0.00) Then when we got down to it, when the warranty was supposed to cover something, they didn’t ( % -15.56) The reps were nice and very respectful when we were signing up but not so much on the leaving side ( % 48.33) I've had Endurance before with my Mustang and then my sister got it for the Avenger but the thing is we never used it ( % 0.00) That’s why I took it off my Mustang ( % 0.00) It’s under factory warranty still and when I asked for extended warranty, they gave me one at the dealership but I bought the Endurance on top of that ( % 50.00) With the Mustang, I didn’t have any problems canceling ( % 0.00) I just stopped paying it ( % 0.00) Then for the Avenger, we called and canceled, and they took everything fine ( % 41.67) I didn’t have to get anything notarized or anything like that ( % 0.00)
